Recommend it be seen: Symptoms w/o history/physical can be very tough to assess,so worthwhile having it looked at by someone who can give an proper diagnosis. In general, yellow coloration can suggest jaundice from blood or biliary problem. We usually think of jaundice as yellow skin or(in early stages)as yellow sclera (white of eyes), but it can appear early on as yellowing under the tongue.Perhaps elsewhere in mouth?

Viral Infection?: If you have sore throat with or without low grade fever and small swollen nodes in neck, you probably have some infection, which most of the time is viral i.e self limiting and not requiring any treatment. It could also be a strep infection which require a course of simple antibiotics and can be tested at any walkable urgent care. Make sure though that your eyes are also not yellow!
