Bacterial vaginosis?: Probable bacterial vaginosis, maybe trichomonas. Both cause fishy odor, but BV is more common and typically has less discharge. It's a bit puzzling the discharge itself doesn't have odor, but these still are the best bets. See your doctor for examination, testing, and treatment. You'll need STD testing as well; trichomonas and BV often accompany gonorrhea or chlamydia.
