Help in what way?: There has been a study published showing the use of estradiol gel in participants when given as a patch approximately 10 days after ovulation and through the second day of menstruation. That study reported approximately 20% reduction in total headache days. In the same study it is noted that 5 days after stopping the patch there is an unexpected spike in severe headaches. I don't recommend it.
