Period related: Its most likely some late discharge related to your period and will probably go away just as fast as it arrived. Occasionally there is a little more blood that needs to come out of the uterus but can't for a few days. If the discharge is persistent over the next week or so you should have it evaluated by your Gyn. Best wishes.
