Nothing, no worries!: If it is certain there is no STD, then there is absolutely no health risk or problem from getting semen in the mouth or swallowing it. Even considering STDs, oral sex is safe sex -- not entirely free of STD risk, but low risk for all STDs (much lower than vaginal or anal sex) and virtually zero risk for some, including HIV.
