What is the difference between lortab and anexsia (acetaminophen and hydrocodone)?

Little to nothing: Both are hydrocodone/acetaminophen combination analgesics. Lortab comes in three strengths (5, 7.5 & 10 mg). All have 500 mg of Acetaminophen added. Anexsia comes as 5 & 7.5 mg. The 5 mg has 500 mg of Acetaminophen and the 7.5 mg has 650 mg.
