12 hours appart: Anaprox is a NSAID also known as naproxen. It can cause severe GI probems and should only be used as directed. Tylenol is acetaminophen, not a nsaid. Both have side effects, like any medication. I would never take them together, and would wait 8 to 12 hours between doses. It also depends why you are taking them. If you have pain that isn't controlled, talk to your doc.
