Period = unlikely: Did you have unprotected sex near the time you ovulated? Was you period definitely different from usual - much less and shorter? If both are "Yes", do a test or have an exam. But it's very rare to get your period and be pregnant. The period carries the egg out with the flow. It's how you know you're not pregnant. The pain may be something to talk to a doctor about - it may be nothing. Best!
