Overdose symptoms: Overdose symptoms of Ibuprofen include: abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, tinnitus, and nystagmus. In severe cases, patients will experience gastrointestinal bleeding, seizures, hypotension, bradycardia or tachycardia, cardiac arrhythmias, acute renal failure, coma, respiratory depression, and cardiac arrest.
