Unlikely: Highly unlikely that you harmed your baby with a light "hit" to your belly. Nevertheless, if you have any cramping or bleeding or leaking of fluid; if you are not feeling your baby move, then you need to contact your OB to be seen and evaluated. It would be best to call your OB and discuss with her/him what exactly happened and if you need any type of monitoring.
