How can i relieve my colitis symptoms ?

It all depends...: Depends on what is causing the colitis. If it is an infection then antibiotics, but if we are dealing with an inflammatory colitis the medications you can use can be a wide variety targeting the inflammation and they need to be prescribed by a medical provider, not something you can take over the counter. Usually if this is the case close monitoring is needed. Follow up with GI provider on this.
