Eye strain: Headache with eye straining may be from defective refraction in your eyes like far vision, near vision rule out problems. First have your eyes examined to rule out eye problems, If that is okay, you may have vascular or tension headache. As you have headache every day you may benefit from prophylactic medication. A work up before prophylactic medication is a good idea.
