Usually only in very: Trace amounts. Remember that grains "pick up" many different metals but in trace(exceptionally small) amounts. The overall trace amount varies depending on the content found in the soil, provided water, and/or fertilizer.

Nickel in rice: White rice is considered a low-nickel food, but brown rice iand whole wheat are not. If the wild rice you are considering has the outer covering, it should probably be considered to have trace amounts of nickel in it.
