Possibly: If you have typical, regular cycles every 28-30days and had sex and conceived in and around day 14 of your cycle then pink spotting on the 22nd is unlikely to be implantation bleeding. Usually, that occurs in and around 7-10 days after conception. If your cycles are shorter and you conceived sooner, than it is possible.
