Went to uab for my liver and hep c two months ago getting treated in january had ultrasound sign of little fatty im having pains now could it be that?

Possible: Neither HCV or Fatty liver is usually symptomatic in the early phases. If there is enlargement of the liver, or inflammation, there can be some non-specific symptoms, fatigue, fullness, possibly some localized discomfort. You should rule out other causes, such as gallstones, or gastritis. Lose some weight and look forward to getting cured of your HCV! Good luck.
