Don't worry!: It is not uncommon for a woman to occasionally have a period that is different than her usual periods. Also the amount of bleeding and cramping usually change over a woman's lifetime. It sounds like this period is easier than usual which is great. Don't be concerned, it probably does not mean anything at all. Hopefully, it is the beginning of you having easier periods.
