Not sure: Could not find anything on this and have never heard of it as a medical condition. Did you mean subtle eye tic? Sorry. Dr R

Nystagmus: Your eye involuntarily has a jerky movement called nystagmus which has two components, a smooth drift, followed by a short, quick movement in the opposite direction called a flick. A subtle eye flick is less obvious than a regular eye flick. This can occur normally when you rotate the head laterally from side to side, or is sometimes more noticeable with cerebellar disorders.

Eye flick?: A quivering of the muscle which raises your eyelid is a common symptom of fatigue and/or stress and anxiety. It is not harmful. Consult your healthcare provider for advice based on your present history, etc..
