No: The Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) would not cause "floating stools." You should inform your doctor as to the low BP and dizziness while you were on Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate), as I'm sure he/she still would like you to be on some treatment for whatever it was he/she gave you the Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) for.
