If it's been going on for that long, give your PCP or OB/GYN a call, and you may need to go in for a manual exam to make sure you don't have a secondary bacterial vaginosis present too. You don't list other symptoms to know whether you have any other past medical, sexual, gyne histories to review to help you. Douche may not help this. Give your doctor a call. See what s/he says.
