If you are sure: that you were pregnant and are having some spotting of blood let your obstetrician know. If you are sure you were pregnant and have had an actual period - then you are no longer pregnant. Are you sure you were pregnant? Not having one's period doesn't necessarily mean they are pregnant. A positive pregnancy test would mean that the woman is pregnant. Take care.
