Why stop fever?: Taking medication in an attempt to "prevent" a symptom that you don't even know you are going to get is unnecessary. Fever itself is a symptom of something else. It is not dangerous. I don't know why you feel "feverish" or what other symptoms you are having, but trying to stop a fever won't fix the issue that would have led to it in the first place. Make sense?
