Could be!: If you have had unprotected sex then of course you could have a sexually transmitted disease, and possibly pregnancy as well. Get checked as soon as possible. if you are not going to use protection, and you don't want either an STD or pregnancy, don't have sex!

Check for STDs: Yellow vaginal discharge suggests infection, especially if it also stains underwear. Sex itself won't do this, but an STD like chlamydia, gonorrhea, or trichomonas certainly could. See your doctor, or visit one of your country's excellent sexual health centres; Australia's SHCs are collectively the world's best STD clinics. FYI, STD = STI. No difference in meaning, in case you wonder.
