Chronic fatigue: There are MANY underlying causes for chronic fatigue. Normal is one of them. Other things to discuss with your doctor include thyroid issues, diabetes, low blood count, vitamin deficiencies, liver disease, depression, medication side effects, sleep apnea to name a few. See your doctor for a full history and physical. That's the first step.

Sleep apnea?: Excessive daytime sleepiness can be a sign of sleep apnea. A sleep study can help with this diagnosis. There are other potential causes including anemia, thyroid disease, mononucleosis, nutritional deficiencies, stress, depression, and many more. Your primary care provider can help you sort this out. Careful driving and best wishes.
