Itchy scalp: You may have seborrhoic dermatitis causing flaking or dandruff. The condition is usually caused by a fungus. You can use head and shoulder shampoo or antifungal shampoos available over the counter.

Dermatitis, scalp: for this condition I like to use Dermo-Smoothe FS applied 3 nights weekly, left on over night and washed out the following morn with Nizoral (ketoconazole) Shampoo. Alternatively, you may try Selsun Blue for a few weeks. An OTC prep.
