Throat sensitivity: Most likely this throat sensitivity and discomfort is because of some form of inflammation within the throat. You might have a low-grade infection, possibly irritation from acid reflux or some type of chemical exposure. Start by avoiding any irritating foods or liquids. Gargle with salt water. If it persists you need to see an ENT doctor for an exam to rule out more serious issues.
