How can i work out when my baby is due four and a half weeks after a miscarrage not had period since misscarrage?

Confirmed pregnancy?: If you had a positive pregnancy test 4 1/2 weeks after a miscarriage, it's possible that you ovulated 2-3 weeks after the miscarriage and then conceived. If so, your due date would be about 38 weeks later. However, it's possible to have a positive pregnancy test without being pregnant. It's also possible to have bleeding without miscarrying. You need to see your OB ASAP and find out for sure.
