Please clarify: Sorry, but I looked in my textbooks and "brain fog" isn't in there. So you'll have to go beyond colorful but uninformative phrases and describe what you actually mean by "brain fog." It would also be helpful to include in your post how long it's been since you COULD use your brain and WHY your doc is prescribing fluoxetine. "Brain fog" isn't on the list of FDA-approved indications for the drug.
