Get a urine test: the most important thing to do right now is to get a urine test to determine whether or not that brown discharge from your urine has any blood in it. If it has blood, it needs to be investigated because it could be blood from a kidney stone, bladder infection, possibly even bladder cancer. It's unlikely related to childbirth unless you had an extensive tear.
