Nearly 100%: Welcome to HealthTap. You can relax. Virtually all persons with HIV have positive RNA or DNA tests by 23 days. You don't need to wait 6 wk for final testing. Ask your doctor or clinic about a DUO or "4th generation" test, for which the result is conclusive 4 weeks or more after exposure. I might have more advice if you'd like to say more about your exposure and any symptoms you may have.
