Cramp not likely med: Cramping should not be due to monistat. I assume that you started the medication because of some type of vaginal symptoms. It is possible that the issue could be due to an infection other than yeast. Pregnancy , or miscarriage are also possible. See your MD for evaluation.

Late onset of period: "Five days late" with cramping may be due to delayed ovulation in this cycle, and is not due to the treatment you took. It may also be due to pregnancy, so obtain a serum HCG test which is very accurate from your healthcare provider. Delayed ovulation may also delay the start of your period
