Replacement, nothing: There is no testosterone pill. The main ways that it is administered is through the skin via gels or patches, or under the skin in a shot form or surgically implanted "pellets". There are advantages and disadvantages to each of these, and to testosterone replacement in general, which is not right for everyone, even if they have low t.

Many to choose from: As dr. Lizarraga noted, consider treating low t only if it causes you a problem. Don't just treat a number. Likewise, the goal of treatment should be resolving your clinical problem (symptoms), not just reaching a specific number. With that said, options include taking some form of t (gels, creams, patches, shots or pellets) which can make you infertile. If fertility desired, look to HCG or clomid (clomiphene).
