Ovulatory cycles: Clear cervical mucus is not limited to ovulation, but at "day 14" usually signals such. This type of discharge is also common with low grade vaginitis. need more information to be sure, but use a serum test (HCG) for pregnancy if your period is delayed more than day 28. There are many methods to increase fertility, so see your healthcare provider for advice.
