Many causes: Depending on how long this has been going on, there could be many explanations. Stress, depressed mood, anxiety, medications, viruses, pregnancy. Id see your doctor for more answers.

Over a month ago, I was given 2 antibiotics and 2 rounds of Prednisone for a suspected lung infection. I have had nausea, lack of appetite, weight loss, diarrhea and some vomiting. I've had bloodwork and a CT done which showed mesenteric adenitis.
