Enlarged tonsils +: Please return to your physician or visit an urgent care walk in clinic or small ER. Difficulty swallowing is worrisome. Could be mononucleosis enlarging your tonsils and lingual lymph tissue at the back of your tongue, but cannot rule out recurrent strep throat.
