Light stool color every so often. No pain. No blood. No issues. Light but still brown, not yellow or green and solid. Just concerned because its not the common darker brown. Fairly healthy diet, no alcohol. Omeprazole occasionally, have IBS?
I have gallstones and a mild fatty liver, I'm on a low fat diet until I can get surgery. Since being on the diet I noticed my stool color changed to a yellow-brown tone, grainy and kinda mucus-y. Is this from the diet? Should I be concerned?
