Pregnant?: Could be. Check a home pregnancy test kit. If it is negative then you are not pregnant - you are late enough that the test should be wildly positive if you are pregnant. There is no sense to taking the pills incorrectly. If you are not going to take them properly please use some other form of protection if you do not wish to be pregnant.

Get tested: If you have had any breaks in your contraception routine you run the risk of having gotten pregnant. Get a pregnancy test!
