Could be: But could also be something else. Can't really give you more than that without more info. I suppose the doc who ordered the study has a better idea than we do.

Maybe....: ...maybe not. If they are all less than 5-6 mm, there is usually not a whole lot to do other than observation and follow up. PET scans are usually not too sensitive for very tiny nodules. I would defer, however, to the judgement of your physician who knows your situation better and can determine if there is anything else to do now. If you smoke, please stop. Best to you.
