BV cuts?: Well, BV usually does not cause vaginal cuts; however, if you are scratching and have open vaginal wounds, you may need oral antibiotics. A pea sized drop of Neosporin Ointment applied with a Q-tip ( not fingers) and use of baggy cotton undergarments will be helpful; however, I suggest an examination by your physician.
