You live in a: very sunny area of the world. An annual full body dermatological evaluation would be beneficial and could likely identify what these lesions are. Take care.

Need exam: Melanoma usually doesn't form "lines", but it's impossible to know without a physical examination. Even then some spots are hard to diagnose just by looking at them and require a biopsy, or a small sample, to know for sure. See your primary care physician or a dermatologist.
