Need evaluation: Given that this has been ongoing for a month, certainly warrants a medical exam by a physician. It could be bronchitis/pneumonia that needs antibiotics. You need a full evaluation done taking into account your chief complaint/social history/past medical history and a appropriate diagnosis and treatment based on the physical exam. See your family doctor where appropriate treatment could be started
