Irregular bleeding: Increased stress and consequent lack of ovulation may result in estrogen withdrawal bleeding and a condition called "poly-cystic ovarian syndrome" (PCOS). This can produce irregular degeneration of the lining of the womb, and extended bleeding. See your healthcare provider for advice, as there are other potential causes which may need attention.
