Biking is safe: As a general rule, most exercises that don't involve weight lifting or extreme movements are ok in pregnancy. Walking, biking, running are great excercised during pregnancy while kick-boxing, and bench-pressing are discouraged. Its unlikely that your cycling did any harm to the baby. Severe abd pain is not normal. If it persists, you need to be seen. Best wishes!

Yes: Baby is very well protected at this point, and even vigorous exercise should not harm. Being active during pregnancy is encouraged if you have been active before.

Cannot say: severe, unexpected pain with bicycling is certainly a concern (assuming it is still present?) bicycling generally is not very dangerous in pregnancy at all. Abdominal pain that has a clear (minor) musculo-skeletal strain cause, then gets better, is unlikly to mean much. The question of whether the pain got better is a key point in all pain evaluations; I cannot say in your particular case.
