If after braking my fibula the bone became longer whilst healing would this restrict the movement in my knee?

Depends...: Your Orthopedic Surgeon, Sports Medicine Doc &/or Physical Therapist will be able to tell you best, based on your case specifics. Tons of folks have bone length discrepancies in millimeters that aren't issues if they get the right care. If your fibular fracture occurred *in/near* the joint space, involved tendon injuries, &/or required a surgical ORIF, then that complicates things. Keep it moving!
