Yes: LH surge causing the OPK to be + (and indicating ovulation) occurs a few days before the temp bump. That is your best chance. So sex every other day during that period is highly recommended. Just don't put to much pressure on him, can lead to performance anxiety issues. Normally tell my patients to try for 6-12 mo of appropriately times sex. If unsuccessful, time for work up for BOTH. Good luck
