I have what i think are pearly penile papules on the corona of my glans and also fordyce spots on the underside of penis. however, the corona of my penis appears a little red/purple and is sensitive/sore to the touch do i need to worry about anything?

Benign penile lesion: This is a benign condition commonly seen in circumcised individuals. You do not need to worry about it.

Not likely but:: Sensitivity or soreness about the head of the penis, along with redness, may be due to irritation. I suspect in a healthy 16 year old this may due to "excessive" masturbation. (What constitutes excessive is not well defined.) If this applies to you, you would want to decrease the frequency or use a lubricant. If the problem persists or seems to get worse see your physician.
