My estrone came back high and my dr says i need to take very high doses of iodine for 2 months to fix it, safe?is there any other way i can lower it?

Confusing: Something not right here. Estrone levels can be high for a variety of reasons. "High" may not be abnormal for you depending upon your cycle. So.... I am not sure that you "need lowering." I cannot see how iodine would affect your estrone level in any case. If this is your regular doc, consider seeing an internal medicine specialist or an endocrinologist.
