Missed pill:pregnant: Oral bcp's are only simulating a "regular cycle" and the number of pills taken will prevent ovulation even if stopped at day 11. Ovulation will not occur generally for at least 2-3 weeks after a "missed pill", but unless you started your pills again, waiting 2-3 weeks may make pregnancy likely. Just resume your bcp as soon as you remember it , but expect some mild bleeding to occur.
