Good news/bad news: Your liver does not have any tumor or cyst formation; however, GGT elevation suggests irritation/inflammation ( alcohol. hepatitis, infection etc. ) Abstain from any/all alcohol and certainly get screen for infectious hepatitis A, B and C.
