About a thousand thi: See a dermatologist. Do not experiment with pills. This is often a sign of something you need to find and treat. Need complete history and exam, probably lab. Maybe xrays and maybe biopsies. Bring all meds and supplements or herbs. Bring copies of previous blood test an xrays.

Blisters: There's no way to tell what this might be without taking a look at it. A dermatologist's eyeballs are the most important tools she/he has to work with, and in order to make the diagnosis, we have to see the patient.

Eczema: Use a cream containing a ceramide such as Eucerin Eczema Relief or Aveeno (oatmeal) Eczema Care, especially after washing. Wash with skin cleanser made for dry skin such as Dove. Try hydrocortisone cream. If this does not do enough, your DR. will give you a prescription steroid cream. No cure. So you will be doing maintainance off and on for a long time.

Possible xerosis: Xerosis is dry skin, which increases to a sometimes violent itching, due to small cracks (invisible) in the outer layer (epidermis). Try this: bathe legs less frequently; use very mild soap, like DOVE, if available; apply bath oil to your wet l Skin before drying lightly, but step out of tub first; apply a THIN layer of Solid Crisco shortening to legs at night, or a good moisturizer. Don’t slip!
