Impossible to know.: Without a good interview & physical exam, providing a diagnosis is impossible. We could provide you a list of possible diagnoses, but that would not be helpful to you at all. If you find yourself having to work hard to breath, feeling like you can't catch your breath or inhale/exhale fully, wheezing, coughing, with chest tightness or pain, go to the emergency room so docs can listen to your lungs.

Breathing problem: If your heart is beating faster than usual and you're not getting enough air you may be having an allergic reaction that is closing your airway - you may also be breathing too fast, losing carbon dioxide (20 x solubility than oxygen) and your brain is confused with the sudden drop in relaltive oxygen content of your blood. This can make you anxious. You may need to visit the ED or Urgent Care
